Any samples, demos, or other delivered audio assets featuring or including Linnea’s and/or Paul's voice, likeness, and/or expression are strictly prohibited from being used for any artificial intelligence purposes, as defined under 10 U.S. Code § 2358 or otherwise (“A.I.”), including, without limitation, the development or training of A.I. systems for speech synthesis, voice cloning, voice scraping, or any other similar A.I. voice technology. Furthermore, the use of Linnea’s and/or Paul's voice, likeness, and/or expression in any samples, demos, or other delivered audio assets to create, produce or develop, A.I.-generated voice clones or other synthetic voices imitating, impersonating or recreating her and/or his voice, likeness and/or expression is strictly forbidden in all respects. By accessing, listening to, or otherwise interacting with any sample, demo, or other delivered audio asset of Linnea’s and/or Paul's voice, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to these foregoing and that that any violation of the foregoing will result in serious, substantial and/or irreparable harm and/or damages to the Talent and/or its business, the extent of which may be difficult to determine and impossible to fully remedy by an action at law for money damages. Accordingly, in the event of any such violation, the Talent shall seek the maximum relief afforded pursuant to prevailing law.
